We are seeking experienced Cyber Security Professionals to join our Cyber Vulnerability Management team. In this role, you will lead the development and maturation of our Cyber Vulnerability Management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document processes to enhance Vulnerability Management capabilities.
  • Align vulnerability management processes with relevant policies.
  • Discover, assess, report, act on, and evaluate cyber vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on vulnerability status for management.
  • Analyze vulnerability findings and prioritize remediation actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement effective security measures.
  • Manage the design, installation, and operation of the ICT system for vulnerability management.
  • Provide technical support for project builds, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Configure and manage non-functional platform capabilities (job scheduling, output management, etc.).
  • Liaise with the infrastructure team on hardware design, procurement, and deployment.
  • Oversee regular maintenance of patches and support packages for all technical layers.
  • Manage backup, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions for IT systems.
  • Mentor and coach staff, contributing to succession planning and skill development.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing cyber vulnerability management processes and supporting technologies.
  • Strong understanding of tools for regular vulnerability identification.
  • Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management platform deployment, management, and design within ICT projects, preferably in Federal Government.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Primary Technologies:

  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as Rapid7, Tenable, Sentinel, Windows Defender, and Forescout.
